The room doors creaked loudly and badly needed oiling. I found the bed too hard for my comfort, impacting my sleep quality. The location felt quite distant from the main attractions and required a significant walk to reach public transport.

firstly, the breakfast was shocking and lacking essentials. secondly, soundproofing was so poor I thought I was in a club! I woudl ve expected at least a complimentary upgrade for enduring that chaos. I almost gave a good review, but the dismal experience ruined it. I mean, how hard is it to treat guests with a smidge of decency?

the hotel is conveniently situated just a short walk from beautiful parks and essential landmarks like the Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore and the lively Terramia restaurant, making it perfect for my weekend explorations in Tivoli.

The rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. There’s easy access to parking and it’s super close to Tivoli and Villa Adriana. The outdoor areas are really nice too, a lovely spot to chill out.

Delayed room readiness upon arrival!!! Inconsistent cleanliness with moldy shower conditions!!! Noise disturbances from events made relaxation difficult!!! Outdated room furnishings detracted from the overall experience!!!

The standard queen room was spacious and well-maintained with air conditioning that worked perfectly. Breakfast offered variety and was fresh, making mornings enjoyable. The pool area provided a lovely place to relax after exploring the sights. I especially loved the garden view from my room, which added a nice touch of nature to my stay.

The location on a busy road made it a bit noisy at times.
